Brian Meneses, PharmD, RPH, has been a lifelong resident of Fairhaven. He started his journey in pharmacy after graduating from Fairhaven High School in 2003, then completed his pharmacy education at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences before becoming a Registered Pharmacist in 2009.

You could say that being a pharmacist runs in the family. Brian was inspired to become a pharmacist by his siblings Michael, Jason, and Karen, all of whom are practicing pharmacists, and discovered a passion for independent pharmacy from his colleague, Thomas Cory of Standard Pharmacy.

Prior to operating Fairhaven Pharmacy, Brian had successfully served as the pharmacy manager of Standard Pharmacy at HealthFirst in Fall River.

It has been a dream of his to bring a local, patient-first pharmacy to his friends, family & the community he calls home!

Bringing affordable prescriptions back to Fairhaven is important. Just as important, is developing trusted relationships with all your health care professionals. As a pharmacist, Brian strives to be accessible to all patients, ready to answer your questions, and ease your fears.
